This charming little shop is a treasure trove for any expectant parent seeking advice and guidance on prams, car seats, cots, and nursery furniture for their new arrival. From the outside, it may seem small, but step inside and you'll find yourself in an Aladdin's Cave filled with enchanting baby products.

During our first visit, my daughter, her partner, and I were taken care of by the wonderful Claire. I must say, she is simply fantastic. She walked us through each type of pram, even though we had a general idea of what we wanted, and carefully laid out the pros and cons of each brand. Today, we returned to pick up the iCandy Peach pram bundle along with the Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 baby car seat. Once again, Claire was there for us, meticulously explaining every detail of the pram, fitting the car seat, and showing us how it operates. We also picked up a bedside rocking crib for when my little grandson arrives.

Though it's a small shop, they carry a wide variety of brands and models for everything a new baby needs. Unlike those big baby goods stores where staff seem indifferent or the atmosphere feels sterile, this delightful little shop has a warm and lively vibe. Claire and her team are incredibly patient with soon-to-be parents, and they genuinely invest emotionally and enthusiastically in the excitement of selecting your baby's essentials. Sure, buying baby gear can be pricey when you're expecting your first, but they provide flexible payment options to fit your budget.

I just gotta give a big shoutout to Claire from baby care. She helped my partner and me get our pram and car seat bundle for our first little one, who was set to arrive in January. Well, the baby surprised us and came early, right before Christmas! Claire was amazing and had the pram ready to go within a day after I shot her an email for my mum to pick it up. Such a lovely lady, and I’d totally recommend her!

Shopping at a family-run business is a whole different ball game compared to the larger stores, and I’m really glad we kept going back to Babycare to see their friendly faces! I had my doubts about placing an order with babycare bradford since it's a small family-run shop. I've been burned before by similar places, so I usually stick to the big names. However, after checking out some reviews, I decided to take the plunge and ordered a silver cross reflex-orient. I'm really glad I did! It arrived today, just a day after I placed the order, and I was kept in the loop the whole time. The pushchair is fantastic, and I don’t usually write reviews, but I think small businesses often get overlooked because of the bad experiences people have had. This company truly deserves some recognition, and I wish I had discovered them sooner. Thanks a bunch!

The folks at babycare were super helpful when I asked about fixing our baby jogger. Even though the pushchair has probably had its heyday, they generously attempted a repair at no cost to check if it would do the trick. The staff were incredibly friendly, giving us a warm welcome, offering drinks, and showing us around their beautiful store.

They have a fantastic selection of prams, nursery furniture, breast pumps, and clothing.

While we were waiting for our pram to be repaired, they were super friendly and chatty.

You know how some places can be really pushy, trying to get you to buy stuff? Well, this place was totally different. They had such a lovely, bubbly vibe!

I’m super happy with the service and speed of this company. I got a pushchair that included a free footmuff, which was £70 at other places and tough to track down in the shade I preferred. After being let down by another company for two weeks, I was thrilled they shipped it out the same day. Great price and fantastic customer support. I’ll definitely be back!
